LCH TD-2 makes a silent maiden flight; incorporates many new features

LCH should have to be incorporated with at least 1 AA missile(sidewinder, archer) to protect itself from fighter aircraft. I guess Super Cobra already has sidewinder.

I was thinking why the need of a digi camo on a gunship.I mean it will operate in the air,not on the ground.So what good a digi camo do to LCH??Instead it will be extremely helpful for Arjuns and T 90s.

Guys,ALH has top speed of 285 km/hr.Now if I correctly remember IAF asked for a 30 km/hr higher top speed for LCH to hunt down UAVs.So how can HAL just fix the LCH with 275 km/hr top speed??Won't it create problems at the time of induction??

Actually i hate to start from the scratch but its ok for you. A flying LCH over desert doesn't mean it fly high to launch ATGM or UG rockets ,it basically fly very close to ground to evade radars and due to digi camo it creates mirage in desert to the onlooker also blend with the surroundings..

Nop!!275km/hr is good and IAF is happy with it as LCH is only one of its class.

You think so coz you are not very much informed,updated and post comments with lots of imgaination like Ak is better than T90 ,B.S about Prithvi 2 etc etc .My suggestion is -It would be much better if you keep yourself update and keep aside from indulging in hot debate with some opponents AKA CHINESE OR Pakistani till you are really ready to debate.Your weak posts cost other indians like Kinetic,liquid,myself,sparky etc who spent considerable amount of time here ,a kinda disregards as Opponents always mention your posts as proof to prove their point..

Yeah,thanx.I shall be careful from now on.But just one thing,I told the T 90'S' being inferior to AK I because the later got DU rounds,autotracker,a better engine,a bms and the VARTA aps and I have no information whether the upgradation of 'S' to 'M' had started or not.That's all.

Although Pandora has cleared the doubt but do read about digital camo for further clarifications.and this digital camo is not just for deserts.
And please keep yourself updated while replying to the opponents.Several senior and knowledgeable members like Kinetic, Spark,Jha,Sancho have minimzed participating in debates because they have to face comments from newer members like us as proof..

Yeah I understood that already and I do know abou digi camo.I studied about it when I saw US soldiers in Iraq.
