Yes, not only is there is no balance between these three crucial legs, but the supposedly subservient Army is also the true master, so the power center is topsy turvy as well. No wonder Pakistan is in the state that it is and going down further down this wrong path.

The lack of social development is the reason why men-in-uniform has to intervene and the price has to be paid by citizen in form of lack of progress to save the country from going into further chaos

Being a bigger criminal is no way to get rid of criminals. It may work in the 'hood, but never for a nation.
