Lasting lesson of 1962: don’t be caught off-guard again

.
the lessons were learnt, and we saw the results in the following two skirmishes.
India doesn't covet anyone's land, but we will not concede an inch.

Some people here think that Mc Mahon line is blessing of god..or should I said drawn by english god and take it as for granted..no Chinese KMT nor CCP have ever recognize that...time will tells how many inches you can keep or how many square km you will lose.

I'll give them a second glance when they can bully the puny taiwan into submission :azn:

the peaceful choice has already been given to you, accept the status quo.
boundaries can only change with bloodshed, and keeping internet machismo aside, I don't see either side foolish enough to attack.

First we let our diplomates to negociate a large chunk of land back then if everything fail We will grab what ever we consider as our back by force when time is right...not because your "provocative invitation" then we need to act right away...LMAO

remember this...this boundary issue is not over yet according to our official

if you wanted to take, 62 was best. There was some reason, you did not do it. I do not think your government wants that land. The dispute is open to bargain on something.

I rather leave them along..why need to kill our own brothers...you think you're smart enought to trick us like that...we will take care of India first...Taiwan issue can be solved even if take millenium...it's just fine for Chinese people

LMAO...you don't dictate peace...not as Nehru's way when Zhou En Lai asked to sittle boundary issue, he played deaf hoping to keep the status quo than got own in 1962.

If you think that boundaries can only change with bloodshed then we gonna back down, that you can put your bet on that...

come up with better structured arguments, please.

well pritty much I think you got my points if you think you can save an inch..you might end up losing x amount of square km...regardless of peace or war

you mean naive chest-thumping, Yes that is an expected point.

we're keeping what we have, your/CPC's huffing n puffing doesn't change ground realities.

Really...but the reality is that your gorverment is so paranoid about that Chinese will take back what considered as ours by force, that's why your army is building up near the boundaries and Antony is personally going to AP to affirm he's political stand on AP...and the reality is that that China has give him a warning not to complicate the boundary negociation issue.

South Tibet issue is just not over yet...

why won't we build up our defenses in the border areas? and yes it makes absolute sense for our defense minister to throw your silly threats in the dustbin and visit the AP. these moves just point to the fact that we have hardened our stance politically as well as militarily.

we are in no hurry to solve the border issue, the chinese can take as long as it takes for them to understand and accept the status quo. Meanwhile we will continue building our armed forces in the region.
