The low tourism numbers for Pakistan are due to conservative & traditional values of locals. The fact is Pakistan has got more scenic glaciers n valleys & unfortunately your UP or rest of India is no comparison.

Pakistan cannot even come remotely close to that. India has from snow capped mountains to dense jungles, plateaus in central highlands to white sand beaches and deserts. Just compare your tourism industry with ours.
