Well, Chinese strategy is always getting something without firing a shot. Doklam is a good proof of concept, we gain the whole plateau without firing a single shot. Just give them what they want to hear, we 'postpone' the road, once the defences are up, we slice a few hundred meters at a time, they will protest, in a few years time we would have met our objective and they would still tell their populace about Indian victory. Their media lied about us retreating, and their media lied about the so called Nathu La incident where the numbers of Chinese killed from 3 to 10 to 300 in an area with no border disputes until now. This is the amazing Indian delusion, if they can be so naive to think they are a SUPA POWA since 2012, what else can limit their 'creeativity'?

All along the Indian politicians were bullshitng and these RSS drones were jumping like monkeys cheering. We Chinese knew the truth, China would kill to defend national sovereignty.

the way china is flexing muscles and the way they built this complex on doklam,it shows that chinese politicians and army are on the same page but india should look at it carefully because chicken neck is not far away.indian media praised indian government after doklam standoff and there was a concept like we managed to stop work at doklam and it's victory.they still feel that doklam standoff was their victory but now whole new chinese military complex,it's amazing.i think it's NDTV who reported first about chinese military complex otherwise common people and indian opposition parties knew nothing about this.now congress are blaming bjp and bjp are again in trouble.elections are near in india and i must say that this fast progress in doklam by chinese are incredible.i think china will continue to send more army men there and there are chances of sam batteries and artillery deployed in doklam.i think india have no chance this time.if india wants to show that they can bring china on negotiation table, they have to destroy whole military complex which is impossible.i must say that both forces are uncomfortably close to each other just like before and there are chances of limited war.

You mean India managed to build some barracks on that slim strip of land with its treacherous steep slopes on the other side of the Donglang plateau ?
Then India better be careful, lest the Chinese decide to induce a landslide or avalanche for India, and its bye bye.
With the map showing the precarious position of the Doka La post and its supply route, I can now see why the Indians are so freaked out now that Donglang plateau with its expanse of space is in complete control by China.

You have been in Doka La for decades and you have the right to build whatever you want within your own borders. What happened to preventing China from occupying the Doklam Plateau due to it's strategic nature? What happened to mutual retreat? What happened to no infrastructure building in Doklam? What happened to your drone? If it was disputed, why not retrieve your drone? You are a supa powa right? The moment we sent in the large war preparations, you were the ones begging for a peaceful settlement, you retreated before we even agreed to anything, you sent a proposal to China, we just insisted you retreat first before we do anything, You retreated, and we in return postponed our work out of peace, and occupied the whole plateau in return. We shed no blood, fired no bullets and exchanged no land with Bhutan, occupying the highest elevated flat piece of real estate facing Siliguri. Do you know we just need to put in howitzers( a small numbers are there now) and missiles there, and your whole chicken neck is cut off? Check the location of Doka La, it's at the edge, fringes of the plateau, we push you back and you fall down the plateau. There is only one road heading up to the area from Gangtok, it's from the plains up a few hundred meters to the plateau, one snipped, and Doka La is isolated. We on OTOH are coming from high ground to another high ground with paved grade 40 roads.

Afraid not much that can be built on the sliver of land with a precarious steep slope and mountain side supply route over at the Indian side of Doka La.

Chinese building spree on the vast, flat and overseeing Donglang Plateau are killing the Indians with envy.
Indians must be butt hurt now that China have a 2 storey watch tower on the border scrutinizing their every move.
Another misadventure a la Donglang standoff with be nailed in the bud.

Last I heard we only gave 3 official warning and you retreated? . if you consider news websites as official warnings, then I can count the number of warnings and threats from Indian new websites too.
