Notwithstanding the racial profiling of Pakhtuns in Lahore which made the headlines recently..........this article "indomitable spirit of Pakhtuns" is actually an attempt of damage control by some good-natured person after the ugly saga of racial profiling of Pakhtuns in Lahore and other parts of Punjab. And its not working at all, it is purely interpreted as "generosity" and greatness of Punjabis rather than the "indomitable spirit of Pakhtuns"........and ironically the article has become a chance for some to attack Pakhtuns on this thread while the author intended to defend them.

The supposed profiling of the Pushtuns was geared towards the areas which have a large quantity of Afghans. You will at least will agree that a lot of miscreants tend to blend in with the local Afghan people and are either directly or indirectly helped by the local Afghans. Hence, it was important to see who comes in these areas. The issue was blown out of proportion by the self serving politicians of KPK for getting a few more votes.
