Like I wrote, all the official figures come up between 0.5 and 0.9%.
Even at that, the income tax rates in Pakistan are ridiculously low compared to the developed world (top rate 20% in Pakistan compared to 40-50% in most developed countries).

You can shout "socialist" at anyone who points out uncomfortable facts but, like I wrote, if you dream of being like the developed world, then start paying up like people in the developed world do.
