Lack of diplomatic approach to counter anarchism

Why so called separatist movement which actually anarchism popping up, and only ispr left to answer these threats ?

Where are diplomats ?
But the right question is what diplomat can do about it ?

I will give you an example of my own experience. I was a network administrator and also lead a team of ERP and MiS.
The company which hired me want to deploy the system to their sister company, and that was Gadani ship breaking Yard, totally different from their fabric manufacturing plant. And it never seen a computerized report. Every thing was on call and recorded in their Karachi branch.
I was tasked with deploying and running a ship breaking Yard with ERP and MiS, make changes as I see fit, and in a week I was to run a plant which was shelved for 7 years.
I quickly ran to CEO, and ask him to let me shotlist their HRs shotlisted individuals.
I was the hotshot and he can't deny it, but was curious to know why I wanted such a petty assignment.
I was building team of 5 staff, 15 guards Only it wasn't big deal. But interview which was supposed to be finished in 15 days took 28 days.
I build a team with people all from different ethnicity, who speaks different language, different views on politics, and from different sects.
I did this in both in my staff and security guards team. I almost pissed everyone around me when I took too long for this interview process.
Our supervisor brought his own labor they were about 180+. Hand-picked by him, and supervisor was hand-picked by CEO.

I was GM for that plant for 4 years. We never had a single thing stolen from our store or from scrapyard.
People tried to but were caught by guards and sometimes staff. We always had a whistle blower whenever someone was planning to steal something.
(People who don't know in that time in Gadani burglars come with trucks and load scrap with lifters while taking hostage entire plant.)

This is how you can use rich culture elements of society for good.

How is this relatable?

All 4 provinces lacks diversity in public offices, police stations, civil services academies and also in courts. Hell we have them sitting at passport offices.

All are filled with either from same family member relatives same villages same casts or speak same regional language.

If we had our government dptts diversify long before, this will never happened. Our military did this long time ago they don't have anarchism popping up every where. But in India they have favoritism on basis of their sects and religion. And look at them.

In rich environment of Karachi, there you've to give 2.5 million to 20 million bribe to be transferred in any police station. Because of this there will never be a trust and lawful environment there.

We all have bad apples, and ridiculous people which will never go unless we help each other. Doesn't matter how proud you feel about your heritage, cast or ethnicity enemies will still shoot you and abuse your mother, sister and daughters if anarchism succeeds. Support diversity, Pakistan is founded because of its diversity.
Before you make any illogical argument look around you and count how many friends or relatives you have from different ethnicity.

Unfortunately we don't have the right people for the job at the right places and it is not their fault nor it's the nepotism, it is the stupid recruitment policies & the examination system that gets wrong people for the job....

Ispr is the only org successfully fighting anarchism, rest are trying and too amateur to counter it without political scoring.
Diversity is the only way to solve this threat. Our soldiers are getting martyred inside the country, that's not winning. Recently one political party in Balochistan separates from federal government alliance. In their statement they supported PPP, And we had an attack on rangers in interior Sindh.
Diplomatic approach isn't working at all.

Karachi still has mqm mayor, and that's after operation, the most populated city, their single towns are bigger than Islamabad and Lahore, most PhDs lives in Karachi. And they still vote or rigged nobody gives a F about Karachi anymore. Most expensive Electricity, lack of public transportation, right now hospitals are filled with patients coming from interior Sindh because they don't have hospitals while citizen of Karachi are roaming around in ambulances to find over priced hospitals.
What exactly they are expecting from mqm is beyond our understanding.
