Wars are fought when the time is right, or when they are compelled upon you. Righteous leaders prepare a nation so that they are always ready for what is compelled upon them, and always preparing for the opportunity to impose themselves at the right moment. We have none of that.

OP mentioned certain conditions which are favourable, which I agree would present an opportunity, but in my opinion we should wait for clarity on these matters. Why rush to start a war and then fall flat on our face? As a nation how prepared are we?

I don't understand how exactly China's actions will stop India from joining any alliance against it. In fact, antagonizing India like this will push India further to join some Anti China alliance.

The answer to your question lies in 'who is begging for the things to cool down/matter be resolved at LAC'. If the answer is India which it is, then Chinese can any time armtwist you again to put you in place again in case you start forgetting it.

Now, looking at the 'so-called anti china alliance' aka QUAD (India, Australia, US, Japan)

• India - Begging for resolving its dispute with China at LAC (put in place) checked
• Australia - Begging for resolving its trade dispute with China (put in place) checked
• US - Reeling from its own internal problems (knows its place already) checked
• Japan - Searching the other three members (knows its place already) checked

Pakistan has never been known for strategic thinking. In 1948 Liaqat Ali Khan was saying Kashmir is coming in a platter, why get soldiers killed. In 1962 less said the better, traitor Ayub Khan busy in the pool with white girls. Kargil - lack of b@lls and ability to go through with plan.

This isn't the perfect time but there never is a perfect time. I personally think the best time would be next year if the Chinese are willing to do what they did just a tad better.

Pak and Chinese army are now apparently very closely coordinated - bit like NATO level integration. Would be very interesting if someone did have the b@lls to go through with this.

India is crying and begging according to these Pakistani strategists and no better time than USA being completly neutered by covid19 and riots at home and Pakistan having defeated India just a few weeks ago is ready and willing .
