You make many laugh. Do you know the exchange rate of japanese Yen.1Yuan = 16 Yen, does that make japanese 15 times more poorer than .
Inspite of such a weak yen, Japan was suffering from deflation all these years. And china is booming with this current currency valuation.
China is all about exports and with stronger currency it has a lot to loose. All this is done in a very calculated way.Looking at the growth rate of china its economy will double in less than 10 years and even India will be forced to have Yuan in its reserves. .
No country would like to keep a currency under pressure to devalue in its basket. Euro , Br Pound, J yen, gold are all candiadtes for diversification.
Give me some sensible reason why it is a loss to have common currency with China.
The same reason as to why gulf countires are suffering due their pegging with USD.
