Honestly I used to respect him as a Cricketer but today he earned my respect as a Human being, I am so disheartened that such a horrific thing happen to those guys and i am extremely glad that they all survive and recover , and May God bless those security guys who laid down their lives to protect them, and that bus driver who took them to Stadium . May Allah curse those who did it, supported it and benefited from it .

Yeah I saw that video before. He is a very nice, humble and well articulated guy. We seriously need social training courses for our cricketers too. Most of them can't articulate their thoughts properly and when they do it mostly bs and egoistic.

Also because Pakistan and the PCB supported them the same way when they were going through it. The Pakistani cricket team visited Sri Lanka when no one else would, just like they did for us. Pakistani diplomats were targets of attempted assassinations in Sri Lanka for Pakistan's support against the LTTE.

Not trying to devalue their support for us in anyway, definitely appreciate it. Just that we both know what the other went through so there's a bit of mutual understanding.
