Over here its the perfect fit of this statement. I mean when nawaz has openly said that they will go for re election then why the heck would he go to supreme court. He has won from this constituency three times and has a good chance of winning it again.
Was the wisdom behind this decision simply that since he will be considered a void speaker there will be a lot of mess created in the parliament. Either way when you give your word at doing something you should not take it back.
This will just make things worse and N have literally given Imran victory in NA122 as Imran will easily shout that out of fear of losing he filed the petition and that N stands no chance.
Nawaz needs to contact ayaz and immediately tell him to take the case back.
