You missed the point. A functional 100% made Algerian drone is years away, that not to say that Drone technology and manufacturing is beyond Algeria's reach. It just hasn't got to the stage where it can be fielded by the Algerian armed forces, when variants of the two pictured drones are actually fielded and been in use for quite awhile.
