Add two more zeroes on my last visit Pakistan cops arrested me for driving without license and having no identification papers my cousin paid 25000 to get me out in 30 mins just before they could start CHITROL because a person in plain cloths abuse me and I started the same even I did better and later found he was the SHO thana Lari Ada Lahore.

Cats hold a special place to the Muslims, since Prophet Muhammad is very fond of cats.

One story mentioned that a cat saved Prophet Mohammad from being bitten by a deadly snake.

There was also a story of the Prophet cutting off his shirt sleeve rather than disturbing his sleeping cat when it was time for prayers. When people at the mosque noticed him wearing a torn sleeved robe, they asked "Holy Prophet, why is your garment torn?"

I don't think there is any law in Pakistan against pets especially cats in homes (I don't know if he lives in an apartment and if different laws are applicable).
However if his cats roam freely, steal milk, hens and other edible stuff from the neighbours or make a lot noise, then it may be a little bit problem. But since he loves his cats and people especially kids love their pets some times even more than their siblings and human friends
I personally don't have any pets because I live alone and have to travel frequently.

real reasonis jealousy.the society where i am living and the people around me are so jealous.yes i gave shelter to 5 stray cats and now we have been living together for almost 3 years.i just can't forget my cats.i am in love with them.they mostly stay inside my home.aek door he jo me subha kholta hn wahan aek gallery se bani hwi he billian pillar waghera pe charh k beth jati hn aur taza hawa khaati hn.wo to bahar jati bhi nahy hn mri gallery pe hi bethi rehti hn.mohalle walon se ye bhi burdasht nahy horha he.kisi ne koi puraani dushmani nikaali he lagta he kyunk mohalle ki application matlab 5 se 6 ghar.wo ye nahy chahte k mri billian mre ghar me rahen aur ab to police bhi dhamki de k gai he.me lawyer k pas zaror jata but mre pas pese hi nahy hn hire kese karnga.

As you said that a complaint is being filed against you then I will advise to seek help through Court and talk to the lawyer. As you live in Malir, I am sure you will be aware of Malir District Court so kindly visit and you may find many lawyers there. Police cannot take action as such without proper legal practice so if you are innocent then seek Court's help and there will no harm. Personally speaking, kindly avoid practice of this so-called parchi or source for influence. You are engineer by profession hence, an educated person so then must adopt proper procedure that will not just help you out but will settle a trend for many others to follow.

There are a lot of advocates/consultancy firms that can help you without any cost if you are eligible. Kindly visit Courts and ask for it at the Bar room/Advocates office and you will be helped accordingly. Search for the same and you will find out but looking for a short cut, is not the way to solve such issue.

May Allah bless you and all other jobless friends with best jobs. But still try your best to stay legal as law is already on your side. I hope you find a good lawyer who understands your case and put your feelings above his fee and believe me there are quite a lot such people.
