Sometimes I just wonder how much popularity a person needs? I think some people are telling him to raise this issue so that our politicians can create another politocal issue. These politicians are selfish thugs who would do anything to achieve their own goals.

he is not talking about those protocols he want to live freely, because his security personals are order to restrict his movement more than to secure him from international terrorists, his protocol is not like that was before, he is facing many sanctions on his movements, thats why he want free life or protocol that was before. he is not talking about security. and this statement i think is only to pressurize PPP or any department to put out the restriction and let him free.

Well unfortunately he is like a state asset and no chances can be taken on his security etc.

BTW, he was not happy with his previous protocol either.

I respect him a lot specially after he took all blame on himself and saved a lot of others but at the same time he has earned a lot of respect and money from Pakistan as well.

Dr. sahib should be content with himself that he has done more than enough for his country and for himself.

He is trying to woo the anti state politicians in and outside our parliament. you know what i men!

As per the state law.. he should be in jail.

This will be suicide for him. There are still people who consider this man to be a hero for his contributions to Pakistan. If he releases any sensitive information, or even threatens to, he will lose support massively. Also, as Batman says, he may well end up in jail now.

But, the government should also do its part to make sure his rights are not violated. Regardless of whether you like him or not, he is a national asset.

I think Gen Musharaf was responsible for leakages of nuke secrets and all blames were put on Khan's shoulder.

Present government is also continuation of Musharaf rule without any change in main policies
