Asalamu Alaikum
The Khilijis lived in Afghanistan long enough to adopt Afghan customs. For all intents and purposes, they were Afghan. Their case was similar to that of the Mughals (however, I'm not sure if the Khiliji's actually married native Afghans, like how the Mughals married native Hindustanis).
Whoever they was they were not Indians.
No no keep going with this narrative our case for Koh e noor gets more supportJust curiosity: no intentions of being controversial. Whom do you consider to be Indians? Why?

Simple Hindus.No, none.
Excellent idea, actually; worth a shot.
Do you remember Zaffarullah Khan? Choudhury Sir Mohammed Zafarullah Khan? He had the same excellent idea, and gave it a shot.
Hope you have better luck.
Err...any thoughts on the matter? Who is Indian, according to you?
Simple Hindus.
So do you agree?Ah, that makes it so much easier.
Khaljis did not conquer Afghanistan and did not have kingdoms and armies. They were simply settlers and had same life style as Afghans (sheep herders, nomads, etc). According to historians of Mahmud Ghaznavi times (Utbi and Gardezi), Khaljis were largely infidels before Sebuktagin.Khalji turks conquered Afghanistan, then local afghans converted and were employee in army. Then turks went to Delhi and were confused for afghans by later historians. Sound familiar.
It was very minimal, original turks look like mongols before they invaded central asia. Now central asian turkic tribes look between mongols/chinese and original central asians. Khilji pashto speakers look like other pashtuns so either small numbers of khilji turks married locals to the point of losing all of their features or modern khiljis just have adopted khilji identity like many mughals in south asia.
I am agree. So do you agree?
