It is nice to see that some Pakistanis are of the same way of thinking. However, the general trend - among both Indians and Pakistanis - is a very poorly conceived super-jingoism based on everybody else dying to keep up to their slogans and keyboard heroics.

This has been a very depressing week on PDF.

@hellfire is busy with his professional pursuits until the 1st of October, and may not reply; this is information for those who may be wondering, just in case he does not log in during an idle moment and notice this tag and reply.

As I said, we don't support wars but India needs to keep this in mind, if they will hit us we will hit back even harder. But the point is, those who are asking for wars need to understand outcome of it.

I only tagged those I actually know much or a little. And hoped everyone else will tag those who are spreading hate and calling for wars.

Sir do you think that the subcontinent would be in this frenzy today if the Indian media would have held its horses ? It's shockingly terrible journalism at display.They're turning ur nation into psyco patients.
Do you follow the Pakistani media ? It was way more calm and serene post Uri untill yesterday when Indian media and Indian Army crossed all limits and started claiming surgical strikes.
How do you feel about your nation which aspires to be a global power but at the same time is being fooled and held hostage by emotions stirred by your media ? I mean,an entire nation is celebrating a victory over a fabricated drama.What a sorry state.I highly doubt that our army can pull similar stunts in Pakistan.I'm afraid Indian media is turning out to be more dangerous for IndoPak than nukes.

Well, the irony is, I am sure none or almost of the war mongering brigade never fired a single bullet even of .22 but as war claims the soldiers life, these Xbox and P.S armchair generals expect the same in real life which is totally opposite.

Have you not seen the sane Indians on PDF criticising the media on both sides, starting with the Indian media? The second point to be made, and one that may be upsetting to read, is that both our nations already contain a lot of psycho people. That is the constituency for which these sick media people write. But what about us?

Just now, a Pakistani member of PDF uploaded a perverted video, showing a soldier getting shot. Before we criticise the general public, and the media which makes a living feeding their frenzy, should we not put ourselves under discipline?

To be honest, I cannot agree. Both sets are the same, with perhaps the Indian media a step ahead.

Our media is dangerous, in the field of areas. Unfortunately, this takes us back to who did what to whom, when, and why. Do you understand that we have to stop that first? If I were to continue in the same vein, I would quote the singularly unsavoury record of the PA. I do not do so because it does not help, in an atmosphere like the present.

Islam is a pragmatic religion. Unlike Christianity that expects, unrealistically, from its followers to present the other cheek if slapped on the one and, in fact, they have been more violent and initiated crusades and countless other wars in the name of their religion, Islam stresses upon Muslims to be ready to fight the enemies and defend themselves. As Muslims we should seek peace but to stop the oppressor through all possible means including sword is not only recommended but becomes a duty when the situation demands.

We need more peace loving people here on forum. Being patriotic and defending your country is absolutely fine. But taking a step further and hating a country to the level where you want to nuke them is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE.
