Australian rulers show respect for China, its language/ culture and its progress in 'open', because they know China is rising without any control and sooner they do all these, better they will be protected from from any type of aggression from China against Australia. Their every military preparation, alignments, is now considering China only. At the same time, they hate China whose money in Australian resource sector feed Australians. Australians hate to discuss that they live on the money of China not by their own talents. Almost over 98% population of Australia is under high school pass, there is just no environment of study that they may develop technologies by themselves, they heavily depends on the skill migrants who account for over 1% of their population every year. Criterion of getting success in life isn’t education in Australia. The skilled migrants who fulfil requirements of professionals, which help Australian under high school passed labours get job, but Australians still think of themselves superior to migrants as they are at least white. But the feeling that its mining sector and Chinese money invested in it, why Australians can maintain their lifestyle, have generated a hate for China in Australian society. Australian white lived many generations while thinking Chinese an inferior race but now they see almost half of the Mercedes/ BMW on the roads of Sydney are now owed by Chinese origins. And they hate thinking all these that first they rely on the China’s investments in Australia and at the same time its Chinese origins who are gaining on business side in Australia also, who mainly speak Chinese in Australia and try to spread chinese culture there also.
I met one Chinese origin Australian on PDF a month before who tried to prove Australian whites like Chinese as China has done heavy investments in Australian resource sector which feed Australians. But, it’s a common sense that more Chinese will talk all these in Australia, more Australian whites will hate them. I had few Chinese friends in my university who preferred to open small shops in Australia while they owed M.E./ MBA degrees from a high ranked university and migrated under skilled migration. And when we asked why, they say, “Indians work for whites but we work for ourselves.” And the result of this Chinese mentality is, whether small or big shops, at least half of the Australian business is now owed by the Chinese origins in Australia while their population would be hardly around 3%. And Australian rulers like Mr Rudd believes, Australia will have to either gather the whole world against China’s rise to put a control on them, or, Australians will finally have to accept Chinese culture and would start learning Chinese.

. did you imagine about 10-12 years before that under high school pass local Australian people will attack students doing Masters from Universities? its an 'Identity Crisis' which has occured within the Australian white society with a feeling that they are going inferior to migrants now 
. and only Chinese community is strong enough who are winning political war in Australia, their Chinese language/ culture and increased dominance over Australian society and Australian economy/ Australian culture and over the english language.
