Problem is not their congregation.A lots of congregation was happened even after lock down .It took few days and a bit police effort to realize the true lockdown.
The real problem is they invited the foreigners for a congregation even after the report of Corona Virus in those countries especially Malaysia, Indonesia etc .
And they violated all visa rules .
Avoid the guidelines of police in March 23 .Didnt take any action
Still they were able to confine all those people in that building it was Ok.
Instead they allowed them to travel all these areas .
We could have give some concession if the congregation was only with Indians .
But inviting foreigners .
There is no justification for that
