It takes years if not decades to mature any crop of politicians for any party's revolutionary agenda...

Kejriwal must give some time to his new recruits as well as himself to mature themselves at that level.. other wise the best he'll do is a hung parliament & uncertain future for next 5 year to India... at this time of period that'll be devastating for this country.

There is no major Anti-BJP wave in Gujarat unlike the anti-congress wave in Delhi .

Even if AAP contest in Gujarat , they will most probably eat into the vote share of congress than BJP .

As for AK against Modi , IMO , AK will fail .

Good Question. But Yogendra Yadav is shrewd enough to not try this. He knows taking Modi head on will have own repercussions.

AAP will contest from Gujrat and Rajasthan. They are seriously considering Jaipur as per my info.

BTW most probably Modi will contest from UP not Gujrat.

Gujrat was and still is his bastion. So, with or, without Modi, BJP is getting 20+ there ( especially with Keshubhai Patel back in BJP and AAP contesting to split Congress votes ).

And its no day dreaming. Its shrewd calculation on part of BJP. Modi contesting from UP will give them a little extra push to the cadre and will bring in some OBC votes who are furious over SP's appeasement policy. In Western UP, Jats ( traditional Ajit SIngh's supporters ) have already made up their mind to vote for BJP. A chunk of OBC in rest of UP who would have voted for SP and Congress will come towards BJP as Modi himself is OBC. Brahmins are coming back to BJP in this election. What is needed is 2% more votes and thats what Modi will bring.

RSS is already working overtime. So is BJP cadre. Its local leaders who need some danda. Thats why AMit Shah was made the incharge of UP. With Muzaffarnagar riots and SP's reaction to it, BJP is sure of getting 30-35 seats if Modi contests. Infact if SP and Congress keep fighting like this over Muzaffarnagar, BSP will also cross 25 while SP and Congress will bet 10-12 each.
