Wartime -- Seaborne:
1. Inshore: Fast Attack Crafts (Missile) (Azmat Class x 4, Jurrat Class x 2, Jalalat Class x 2, MRTP 33 x 2) further 6 to be bought.
2. SLOC Security/sea denial: Frigates (Type 54A, Milgem ADA, F22P, & FFG-7) 4+4+4+1
3. Tactical & Strategic Attack/Strike: Submarines (Both A90B AIP and Yuan Class AIP) 3+8

Wartime -- Naval Aviation/Dedicated PAF Strike a/c
Short to Med Range ASW: Seaking ASW x 7
LRP/ASW: Orions x 7 & ATR 75 x 2 (Shorter leg)
LR Strike: Mirage & JF17

Peace Time -- Seaborne:
EEZ: MSA Boats
Anti Piracy Patrol: Damen x 2 & Swiftships x 2

Peace Time Naval Aviation:
Seaking SAR x 2
F-27 x 4
