Highly doubt that. Irkut and Knaapo have a very different perspective on scm. addiditional french sub systems on the MKI have same source vendors for both India and Russia. MAWS and RWR differs on MKI and SM variants.

MKM, and MKV are variants directly based on MKI where additional subsystems chosen by operators both of them leveraging Indian subsystems , whereas SM is MKI based russian specialized variant for russain air force, Kazakh option seems to be a stright SU30SM version, the same used by Russians.
