A kashmir run along the lines of a islamic welfare state is what is needed.
A place where kashmiris of all faiths are given justice and welfare.
Our ideal should be medina ,the first true islamic city/state.

Sure they can. If Hindus choose to live in a Muslim land, they do that. Like in Arabia, Malaysia even in Pakistan and Bangladesh.

But obviously you don't expect them to be willingly to suddenly become a minority from the majority community overnight.

India is determined never to allow any further religion based division. Just know that.

And we don't have a single example of a successful and fair Islamic state for 100s of years, if ever.

It would help you to first make good of what you have in hand than covet what you don't.

Hindus are a majority in the country. Kashmir is just a small province and not a particularly important one.

Tell me how come Kashmir is yours and not Bangladesh? Why not try to reunite with them?

Take a look at the map sometime, that place which is 93% muslim is related more to pakistan than to India. The typical kashmiri looks more like the typical pakistani than he would the typical Indian. Why don't YOU try to reunite with your Bengali brothers since geographically and linguistically they have nothing to do with Pakistanis?
