But why someone go out when there is "Curfew"? If you are going out in "Curfew" when clearly told to stay at home then be prepared to bear the consequences.

Well,I operated once during curfew in waziristan,and met many kids upto 15 year that was clear cut violation of curfew but we never shot them,we will just escort them to there home because they were our country men.
And kids of that age nor know about curfew and can't be kept under surveillance 24/7,curfew has been for 70 days.RIP poor kid
