This guy used to say back in 2011/2012 that in there would be war in 2 years ( or something like that), I stopped listening to him after that because clearly the stuff he said didn't happen, I cannot say he is good or bad because there might be things he say which are correct, but I think people should be careful and think with their mind when listening to anyone who make predictions or whatever they say

As far as converting a cathedral to Masjid is concerned he is right. But this man wants to please Hindus. I hope he has read the verse where Allah mentioned that you can not please non-muslims unless you become one. Useless logics he is giving to justify the bending of the knee in front of non-muslims. Bogus bogus bogus. He likes the word bogus. He has some interesting theories but most of what he says is very insensitive to people that he has little understanding of. He thinks very highly of the orthodox christians because of his belief that they they will side with the muslims at the end of time but he appears ignorant of the fact that over last century they have been the most brutal against muslims especially with the Serbs in Bosnia, the Russians in Afghanistan right back to the Greeks during the Turkish War of Independence (and also the Greeks and Russians in the Bosnian conflict). These peoples brutality to muslims has no like in our time. The Israelis are pussycats in comparison. He hates the Turks as a whole because of the ottomans capturing Constantinople. I thinks he hates everyone really, but he likes the Serbs. I really don't understand whats going on with him. He at one point had a conference of some sort in Banja Luka to sympathise with the Serbs because of the Ottomans.

If Pakistan really wants to emerge out of decades of corruption, retrieve its looted wealth and become a strong Muslim state, then they ought to listen to this man. Imran Hosein has integrity, honor and has always stayed with the Holy Qur'an as his guiding light. He is the student of an intellectual stalwart, Dr. Fazlur Rahman Ansari, who wrote the educational constitution of Pakistan and who himself was the student Allama Iqbal.

People usually who don't pay attention, don't understand what he is saying. Pay attention and you will get what he is trying to say. Or don't, doesn't make a difference to his credibility, he well known and respected around the world. Prime Minister of Malaysia, Mahathir Muhammad sought Imran Hosein's advice on Malaysia minting it's own gold dinar and silver dirhum. Imran Hosein is a serious intellectual to contend with, unlike the jahil mullahs we find these days around the world.

I have been following for quite some time. He doesn't hate Pakistan, he has lived in Pakistan for quite some time.

You all need to back your "comments" with sources before you spread ill words against him like you guys (some) did in the Dr. Zakir Naik thread(s) too.

He means well for all Muslims but yes, some of his comments are outright wrong while others (most) are something no Muslim, Scholar or otherwise, dares to speak (i.e the Truth) about the Muslim world and Muslims in general.

He's controversial but then again, whose not??

Time changes man/woman and their opinions, and I believe he's changed most of his controversial stances/statements.

That's the thing...no one reads/follows the rule.
