Why should one leave something that he won in a war and give it to someone who had failed to secure it even after multiple attempts ??

Well they should have. But ironically it's not because Indian's begged for independence rather the two world wars had left the might British empires economy and military is such a bad shape that it was never feasible for them to manage overseas territory especially huge ones like India, this actually forced them to leave our land, it was never granted.

And FYI, all the illegal and legal immigrants still hold on like a leech on to the American land, where is the native American ?? They are no where to be seen, why don't these immigrants (including you and current US president) simply leave the American land and give it the the natives if any, just to show an example ??? LOL

There were no countries in America when Europeans first came here. There was no law as few Indian tribes have the concept of nation. Also, germs killed more Indians than Europeans had killed Indians. You should read "guns, germs and steel" and it will talk about how Europeans colonized America than other way around.

They question why India doesn't leave Kashmir ?? The same reason why U.S.A doesn't let go off Texas, Russia invaded and annexed Crimea from Ukraine, China doesn't leave or provide full autonomy to Tibet and are aggressively annexing SCS islands, Pakistan never agree that it ever forcefully annexed Kalat (and the fact that it was an independent princely state up until 1955).
