We can make Kashmir a junction for all the relevant countries. So India, Pakistan and China will have a common place to meet and interact. These three countries will make a trinity that will administer. Kashmir will become a unique territory in the world that will emerge as an entity made by the three countries, of the three and for the three.

Some important features are as follows:

1. This territory will be formed collectively so no disputed areas will remain anymore.

2. 'Trinity' will bring its best administrative brains so it will make an exemplary unit.

3. Having access to all the parts equally.

4. Being a junction for the people it will become a social hub.

5. It will give economic boom to Kashmir itself and then the three countries.

6. Tourists landing in Kashmir would represent any of the three countries they got visa.

7. All the three currencies will be valid.

8. Development works will continue. Wherever you want to start new one.

9. Kashmir will have unified education system with optional subjects.

10. Foreign investers will deal with trinity.

12. Local police and judiciary for law and order.

13. It will have its own agreed upon law.

14. Different regions have different languages, so means of education in their language with multiple optional languages.

15. Rivers have remained an issue that can be solved once big steps have taken.

Rivers: Most rivers originating from Kashmir pass through Pakistani territory. Don't disturb them, only do one thing. Now they'll water Indian Punjab as well as Pakistani Punjab. You need few canals. When the source is shared so the tails.

I don't think Chinese have anything to do with Kashmir. As on the your formula, there are lot of points in your formula that may not be acceptable to both Pakistanis and Indians.

I don't think Chinese have anything to do with Kashmir. As on the your formula, there are lot of points in your formula that may not be acceptable to both Pakistanis and Indians.

I read Aksai Chin is part of princely state of Jammu and Kashmir.

In any case, its good exercise for India and Pakistan. It has lot of attractions, sharing on ownership basis. I believe its benefits surpass any loss to either side.
