I do not think Bangladesh govt. is with India in Kashmir issue. Rather it is maintaining neutrality like most of the world. If Bangladesh govt. were with India in Kashmir issue, then you would have seen them supporting Indian claim over Pakistani Azad Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan. But so far, I have never seen any Bangladeshi govt. ever recognized Indian claim over those territories. Bangladesh govt. is like most of the world. Would not dispute Indian control over Jammu & Kashmir state and also would not dispute Pakistani control over Azad Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan. To stay away from trouble.

Actually Bangladesh govt.'s record in this case is better than some of other Muslim countries. We have seen huge demonstration in Bangladesh for Kashmir freedom, against Indian brutalities, speakers there openly called for Independent Kashmir. But look at Bahrain, it arrested Pakistani and Bangladeshi nationals there for demonstrating in favor of Kashmir, Given Modi the highest civilian award of Bahrain amidst Kashmir crisis. What a disgrace! UAE also has done similar things. At least we did not give Modi any award so far.
