It's an impact of the Canadian Sikh community more so than anyone else.

Indeed, the Sikh community is just as organized as the RSS Hindutwa Sanghis in the west. That they are begining to have more impact is due to the increasing united front by anti RSS diaspora that includes Pakistanis, Kashmiris, Indian minorities including the prominent Sikh community.
