Also I would like to add the demolition of hundreds of homes and making of hundreds of families homeless by the State, Federal and CJP at the time did NOT solve or mitigate in the slightest the flooding issue. Expansion of a few meters of a nullah does NOT reverse the effect of hundreds of acres of backwaters being destroyed and other natural flood reduction mechanisms.

8 new cities should be built on the coast and Karachis population distributed among it.

This is Kemari which is right at Sea and we know Kemari is not even 5% of Karachi in terms of Area so brother it does not matter If that one particular area received 300mm rain in 24 hours other areas which received 50-60 mm rain in 24 hours are facing the worst situation.
