Well they have done a lot in fact. They collected bhata, kidnapped people for ransom, did serial killings also did target killings, burnt factories and killed 250+ workers and kept the whole Mohajir people hostage at gunpoints.... so they have done a lot.

Said that, I think this has to do more with the provincial govt which is PPP, a mayor under current circumstance is not resourceful enough to grow forests...though he can still drive a campaign and grow trees along the roads, in parks and open places. But major effect will come from by surround the cities with thick forests in addition to dotting all the cities with greenery.

In this PMLn is even worse than the other two. Chhanga Manga has been deforested and it does not look like a forest at all. PMLn's mayor of Islamabad has cut a lot of trees in the city and sold the wood and all that money went into his pocket.

We can not.grow trees per house as there is always electric wires and risk of wire to be break and children playing etc. Its too risky

There needs to be a package put together, around $2 billion to sort out the city. Clean it, declutter electric wires, parks, better roads, more cleaning. Surely a loan can be taken out to do this, it needs to happen.
