What grey point is whether the PM needs majority or 172
If they need 172 then it will be trouble

Now court will drag the case of PTI members for months..how do i know this???

Court may also say they didnt vote against so technically arent violating anything and so on

will not matter now since the case filed against them was earlier when the clause was there. Proceedings against the case has started and it will take few days for SC to disqualify them. Lets see if they can be disqualified for life or not. Anyways even if SC will only gonna give their advise and decision will be made by ECP only but what SC gonna say now will be most likely be followed by the ECP because the case was soughted by the President of the country. ECP may take further a month or so to disqualify them after SC decision.
