BOT mean Pakistani gov don't need to take loans right?

.
Is it a totally new route and project or it is just renovating the existing route with new name??

. . .
Then please post route map of current highway and this new motorway with pros and cons of both.

A part from connecting smaller towns to bigger cities, time to go from Karachi to Lahore will be reduced to 10 hours instead of current 16+ hours.

If it is new route what new cities / towns will come on the route? and how much traveling distance / time will be reduced?

.
The new route should take into account military considerations as well. This will be the main route on which Pakistani forces will travel should a war break out with India.

Roads should be strong enough to withstand Tanks and have areas where the roads are straight so planes can land in emergency and should have ditches so that they can form a defnesive barrier for Indian Armour offensives.

.
when happened to ratedero gwadar motorway?

. . . .
Do you know what BOT mean? It GoP will not have to take loan to build motorway right?
Build–operate–transfer (BOT) is a form of project financing, wherein a private entity receives a concession from the private or public sector to finance, design, construct, and operate a facility stated in the concession contract. This enables the project proponent to recover its investment, operating and maintenance expenses in the project.

. . .
We don't need that road , we need Locomotives instead.

Road going to private entity is illegal and should be fought in court

Roads should belong to state ,which may collect toll and use that for repairs of road other wise let it be as it is now

Either "Free" or Toll charges for cars

These kind of roads generate Millions daily ...should be retained by Government

Allow provincial police to collect toll charges as vehicles enter city and also check number plates for stolen vehicles
