Everything doesn't come with cheap
Acomodation is very expensive in Bombay(now Mumbai) where I reside. In fact land prices in Mumbai r the highest in Asia. According to UN,Tokyo is the most expensive place, followed by Norway,Stockholm,Zurich

As told its a good sign to be a City which is least expensive to live in. As is products are cheap living cost decreases helping the Poor and also Middle Class people live equally. But, here the living standards decrease as cheap things brings in low quality goods but they can be used by mass.

Plus next is cost of Property as stated by @suresh1773 , true Mumbai comes in top 5 most expensive places to buy Property and Delhi comes in top 15 or top 10 which is also really good as it increases the Land value the Stock rate goes high. Good for economy its a sign of booming economy. Do not know the prices in Pakistani Cities but I think Krachi is quite expensive to buy property too.

As I said everything doesn't come with cheap. What about transportation,Law & order,Education,Jobs,Health, uninterruped power supply,Health services, clean air, safe drinking water. I would say about life in Denmark is very expensive but it has excellent quality of life
