How you assumed that these guys aren't good students?

Law of averages. The average student in Pakistan is happy with grades of 66% and that too obtained after mostly cheating heavily in exams.

I have been a good student, and average one and a poor one at different points in my life. I know what good students do and what are just champions of such extra-curricular activities.
