what else do you want to achieve apart from gloating? there is enough material provided by the terrorists that operate from Kuner and Kanduz in Afghanistan so leave the stories of Charas and bike snatching for another website please.
the crime persists due to political corruption and inability of law enforcement authorities. its been agreed and discussed many times so please quit it. its not a crime reporting section.
