Which one is better Kornet .. NAG or Spike ?

Spike comes in 3 different versions:

Spike LR - 13.5 kg, 4-5 km range.
Spike ER - 33 kg, 8 km range.
Spike NLOS - 71 kg, 25-30 km range.

All are 3d generation missiles with E/O seeker, fire and forget, fire and update, top attack modes.

Kornet comes in 2 major versions:

9М133М-1 - 29 kg, 5,5 km range
9М133М-2 - 31 kg, 8 km range

Its 2nd generation missile with laser guidance.

I don't want more than 49 % share for any foreign nation as that would make the majority share holder which is a bad thing security wise and generate legality issue.

ATGMs are divided to 3 generations:

1st gen - manual guidance. You need look at missile and target at same time. Very hard to aim and have low probability. Sagger is typical example.

2nd gen - SACLOC (Semi-automatic command to line of sight) guidance. You need only to keep cross at target till impact (TOW, HOT, Milan, Konkurs, Fagot, Kornet...)

3rd gen - ATGMs with seekers. Fire and forget (Javelin, Spike, HJ-12, Nag...)

Spike in addition to fire and forget mode has also fire and update mode. It allows u to redirect to another target after the launch and hit hidden targets.

TOW, MILAN and Baktar Shikan (which is a licenced Chinese HJ-8 missile).
The HongJian-8 (Red Arrow) is itself a reverse-engineered British Swingfire Missile using a reverse-engineered MILAN guidance system mounted on a reverse-engineered US TOW tripod stand.

It can redirect in the air:

After launching u can leave and then it will hit target that u locked on before the launch. But u can also redirect in the air to another target, including one that could not be seen before launch.
