AFAIK there is no credible info on KALI in open domain about the weaponised version. Kali-5000 has been commissioned as far back as 2004,but its use is limited to research applications. Weaponising it might not be feasible at the moment, otherwise we could have heard about it from the DRDO loudmouths.

High power pulse electron accelerator KALI-5000 has been commissioned at an energy of 650 keV and an electron beam power of 40 GW.

It is not a secret, as a official article is present on the BARC website. Some rumors are going around that a weaponised version is in the making, but no official statement has been made in that regards.
