I was a chain smoker of 9 yrs and i quit.Due to Satya Sai Baba. speech during Dasherra. I haven't touched a ciggy yet till now, infact i cough when someone smokes in my vicinity(The feeling i had before i took my first smoke).

I've reduced it to just one cigarette a week from 30-35 sticks a day

That don't work buddy. Either you are THIS OR THAT! QUIT completely or try to quit there is a caveat (you might have reduced it down to one ciggy a day but come some occassion you will smoke a whole pack).That is why i say either you quit or Don't There are no in betweens!

Forget cigarettes, the air pollution in major metropolitan cities is enough to give you cancer many times over. The only reason the government makes a big deal out of smoking is to wash away some of that guilt.

Rest assured, someone will have to pay the price for our collective sins one day.

A pack of Winchester/lucky strikes/Gauloises or camel turkish blend 20+ a day in weekends 40+ i would say.But my brand was Winchester.
