Best thing I've done in my life was quitting this. For four days I had stand aside with extreme temptation, and then was 'cured'. Have enjoyed a calm resting attitude since then instead of the nictone high fuelled aggression I had before
I've reduced it to just one cigarette a week from 30-35 sticks a day
Kill that one man, it's easy for you now. Also a trick- drink a lot of cranberry juice the night you're trying ton quit. Removes noctine and for 8 hrs your body has had a 'no nicotine' phase during sleep. A total of 72 hrs of no nicotine kills the most serious withdrawl symptoms, makes it manageable, 1 in one week you'll be able to have a calm and rested attitude towards the whole thing.
It hasn't even been a year since I started my addiction. I'm determined to end it soon. I won't allow it to drag for an year either.
