Four boys ranging in age from 12 to 14 have been charged with kidnapping and raping a girl in Delaware last month, police announced Friday.

New Castle County Police said in a statement that officers called to a community in Bear on Dec. 11 learned the boys forced the girl into a home and raped her. They say two boys also threatened her with a weapon, warning her not to tell anyone.


All four boys are charged with first-degree rape, first-degree kidnapping and conspiracy. One boy was also charged with possession of a deadly weapon while committing a felony, aggravated menacing, endangering the welfare of a child and other offenses. The Associated Press doesn't normally identify juveniles accused of crimes.

It has been said that the rapists have been apprehended in this building.

It's all about who is upbringing your children. Today's world it's hardly 30% Parents 20% Media and rest is Social Media and wisdom less information over internet.

Don't be surprised, this is more common than you think. It happens in societies completely void of haya and aqal.

Parents don't supervise thier kids, boys this age are physically maturing and are watching hardcore prn on the Internet as thier first and only real understanding of 5exuality. Mix this in with "gangsta" culture and music where women are depicted only as objects of pleasure for men, a culture where getting what you want by any means is glorified. These kids grow up listening to that, the content is validated by the approval of thier parents and by the fact the only successful people in thier society are likely to be those who are criminal.

These boys are a product of thier environment. I'd be surprised if most of them had fathers at home.

In Western society you children being sexually active is increasingly common. Even when I went to school, I was at a school of Upper middle class kids, but even then there were girls from poorer white families who'd be talking about drinking and older boyfriends. They were talking about losing thier virginity at 13-14. Now I'm not equating consentual intercourse with rape.... Just explaining the social environment that breeds these sorts of people.
