FM is gone for Hajj. Which is more important than the circus show in parliment. As for PM he is reaching out to the world leaders and doing the job of FM while he is away. Issuing statement in Parliment or participating in the circus show will not help the situation.
Also decision have already been taken and they are in implementation stage.
