Sure, it was stated to be deployed in 2013 by China's official statement.

However, even after the deployment, the SLBM will schedule to test in every year, just like the US did with the Trident II SLBM.

You have to make sure that your ICBMs or SLBMs in the inventory are always being reliable and 100% ready.

Even the US has been known for testing their Trident II SLBM routinely.

Since the deployment in 1990, the Trident II SLBM has been successfully tested in its 150th flight in June 2014.
