PHC only does primary care NOT TERTIARY CARE or SECONDARY CARE . IT is not a HOSPITAL. Go look up hospital in a dictionary.
Secondly - Health is a state subject that means the Mufti govt at Kashmir valley is responsible for the health of all the citizens of J&K. So New Delhi should fire her for dereliction of duty.

There is only fear in Pakistani commanders not in Indian commanders that India may escalate vertically . Last year I have seen a 100 articles and videos where Pakistanis were worried about heat on LOC.
1800+ ceasefire violations by Indian army could not even be reciprocated by Pak army with only 800 ceasefire violations. We are just getting started in LoC firing this year.

You claimed BSF IG said something so I asked for video . You said J&K govt has gone haywire there are no hospitals working in IOK I disagreed . Then you showed me a PHC centre where polio drops are given to Kids you said no doctor I said not a hospital. Then you showed a bunch of Indians protesting due to bad hospital infrastructure and firing by Pakistan I agreed and said Mufti govt is showing dereliction of duty . She is responsible for all the hospitals in J&K you laughed.

First this PHC is not only for Polio but also for fisrt aid, go check the video again, and PHC worldwide is also used for treating patients..
and wow "you said no doctor I said not a hospital" again a lie, go check the second video "govt medical college hospital bakshi nagar jammu", the doctors are absent in a hospital.. right, so don't put wrong claims again & again...
Plus my disillusioned indian, whether its a PHC/SHC or a hospital, Presence of Doctors & other staff is a must, they have deserted in PHC and doctors absent in govt medical college hospital bakshi nagar jammu in a very serious situation right.. what that is?? a disarray/absence of govt writ...
