Jinnah House, the former residence of the founding father of Pakistan, Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah, has been under army occupation for several years now. This historical site is a symbol of our nation's struggle for independence and represents the vision of our beloved leader for a united and prosperous Pakistan. However, it is disheartening to see that such an important place is being used for army purposes, rather than being preserved and utilized to educate future generations about the rich history and culture of our country.

It is a shameful act that such historical places are not being given the attention they deserve, and instead are being occupied by the military. The Jinnah House should be open to the public, with its doors welcoming visitors to explore the history and legacy of our founding father. The house could serve as a museum or a learning center, where people from all walks of life can come and learn more about our history, culture, and struggle for independence.

One of the major concerns is that how come a house that belonged to the founding father of the country is under the control of an army commander. It is indeed a matter of great shame that such historical places are not being utilized in the best possible manner to educate future generations.

Jinnah House is a symbol of pride and patriotism for all Pakistanis. It is one of the few remaining sites associated with the father of the nation, which should have been open for public access as a museum or learning center.

Sadly, today, many Pakistanis are not even aware of the existence of Jinnah House in Lahore. This is because the government has not done much to promote and preserve this historically significant site.

Even those PTI thugs who attacked, loot plundered, vandalised...those ladies who took strawberries from kitchen of Jinnah house didn't knew that they are destroying national heritage. Well played dam fools.

Of course. The venerated halls of Jinnah house are only suited to be trampled by the boots.

When property matters more than people, tyranny rules the land.

Property can be replaced, people cannot.

This had me the painful reminder of when Ziarat Haus was burnt down by secessionist elements in the administrative unit of Balochistan.

You cannot justify actions which took over there on 9th of May. Those boots themselves created this third force by whom you have lost you mind. So calm down and stay cool please.

Nobody is justifying, sir. Just saying that there is no room for the moral high ground you seem to be talking from.

Such a site should have been off limits for residential purpose in the first place. But, our babus, much like their English predecessors have a habit of living in bungalows.

Am I the only one that is seeing greater symbolism in the burning of core commander generals playground that was once Jinnah's House in Lahore?

The question now is that when will this Jinnah house be reclaimed by Gov't of Pakistan from the military and restored to its original status or as a museum?

The burning symbolism is clear as day to me now, it is just a matter of time WHEN this happens.

Also, i am hearing that the core commander lahore filed his resignation already.

Suppose this site was off limits for residential purpose and Corp Commander lived somewhere else, would you support mobsters attacking his residence ?

Yesterday someone shared that Corp Commander Bahawalpur has resgined, today you wanna spread rumour that Corp Commander Lahore is going to resign? Only enemies have such thinking pattern....Remarkable similarity...
The only question now is, that how when and in which manner those thugs who destroyed the property shall be brought to justice? They will have the life time lesson.

Regardless violence cant be justified. But on whose orders did the soldiers fire at protestors outside? would those soldiers be tried and punished or court martialed?

Pray tell me if its a Public property or Private property? What is the Army doing in the cities when it should be on borders? Why have they occupied historical places in the cities?
