JI is also fielding its Candidate for NA 246.

May not be relevant for many but for PTI it would be bad news because PTI is begging on Anti MQM Votes right now and Entrance of JI would Divide the Anti MQM Vote Bank further between PTI and JI. This is quite crucial time for JI itself in Karachi because if they try to boycott or didnt get enough Votes this time then their are chances of being completely Removed from Karachi Politics. So JI would try its Level Best to get as many Votes as they could and most likely they would concentrate on Anti MQM Votes because these Votes are quite Crucial for their Survival. Now the contest would become more interesting as all Stakeholders are up against each other.

Winner maybe whomever but now the Competition has become Equally Important for Second and Third Position as well. My Guess would be

1. MQM
2. PTI
3. JI

^ Agree with your numbering, Jamatis are smart they know either helping PTI it's doesn't change the facts coz MQM anyway going to win.
So they better try to maintain their voters bank to vote for them to keep JI alive in constituency.

They would try to breakaway as many Voters from PTI camp as possibly could because their Survival is at stake and another thing is that if Imran Khan Lost by large Margin then his Politics in Karachi would receive the biggest dent he could get so the real contest is between PTI and JI for 2nd and 3rd Position over there. MQM should Promote Jamat Covertly so that PTI Votes could be broken more and more increasing their Margin for Success.

PTI is now the sole representative of Anti MQM votes in Karachi, this is why the establishment is working full time to put pressure on MQM to scare supporters and their voters.
