BUT the question is how is 0213 now 15-213??

Because 0213 apppeared at CAC at start of 2015 and was speculated as test aircraft

Either way I hope we don't see 0213 in yellow primer again otherwise it will get confusing

Yes 229 was still in yellow primer in Sep 2016 but so was 221 so I don't expect that to be operational Camo yet plus it's probably with test end evaluation test centre

Yes that is the vertical tail jig for 2P27 I would prefer seeing the number on the aircraft
