You expect too much - rishwat is ok but the length of shalwar from the ankles is worth fighting over.. the same way poor B model’s added capability and features are relevant but every other aerodynamics mullah has to comment on hinges.

If anyone has seen the mig21 close up they would know the jf17B hinges are no issue at all. Remember mig21 is designed for high speed. Little knowledge us dangerous

Don't know how our PDF warriors spare Tanks and other military stuff. After all these are fighting machines built to fight not to take selfie with. I think it's in our nature to criticise everything. We are mentally slaves of west.

Which other country that launched a new aircraft in the last 30 years had to go to IMF, KSA, UAE, China, other countries to beg for money to keep its economy afloat? or to provide oil on deferred payments? or to deposit cash in our banks to support foreign exchange reserves?

Thank you for your post.

There is no one on this pakistani forum or other pakistan defense forums who had been more critical of the Jf17's in its design stage---but since the aircraft has landed in service, I had switched gears and praised this aircraft for what it brings to the table and how it changed the outlook of the air defense, strike & interception capabilities.

I wanted a Toyota Camry but ended up with a Toyota Corolla---is any of these two a less capable vehicle in function and utility than the other?

But at the end of the day---it would be interesting to know why the hinges were designed the way they were. What were the engineering restrictions that popped the hinges to be on the outside---,

It is not " a cost issue "---. It looks more like a design constraint. Possibly due to the PLUMBING of the refueller probe location.

dual seat has the previous place of refueling probe redesign compare to single seat JF-17.
