JF-17B - EW 'Growler'

. . . .
Ma'am when you are going to break your silence over recent events ? Specially on air confrontation between India and Pakistan ? :ashamed:
Once in the civilian circle we have v limited access. I can tell u FC1 was planned to develop multirole capacity including specialised roles like ES and 360 deg netcentric awareness with chinese collaboration. These variants have been in development & v v likely tested in recent events. Their netcentricity & situational awareness was compromised, thats why we got bvr bang on target without fail, otherwise bvr has lower sucess rate & Su has capacity to evade bvr engagement. Whether we got mirage or Su, that was the backbone of success here.

Hi,

And that is the reason that the indians have not struck back---. They supposedly never anticipated pakistan to have that capability and neither did their ally / advisors / trainers---. It truly was a WTF happened moment for them.

Not just that. This is major success for link17 based assets. Given the nature of this bvr engagement they should be wary of coming within 30-40 miles of their own border.

If 1965 was a lesson about qualitatively good platforms, then I imagine India might take this period as a lesson to rationalize its procurement. The JF-17's inherent capabilities aren't its only benefit, but the fact that the PAF is also fielding 100+ of them and can add another 100 (budget permitting). You can't say that about the F-16.

It'll be interesting to see if they just take the Tejas as is and proceed with actual mass procurement to supplant all old fighters and, like JF-17, stick with a good enough multi-role asset instead of going all bells and whistles.

Now, the "allies" are like one on another....

According to the KITAP, extreme and ferocious hatred/jealousy etc. are instilled into them...

Now is the time for the PAF to be extremely vigilant, and work on new systems/tactics/strategies etc. 48/7....

Icing in the cake, for me, will be the novel Turkish systems in different roles and capacities...

They won't come like the way they came....

They'll come in a different way of deception....

But, they'll all fail...

Don't look for the head-lines, look for the trend-line - President Bill Clinton

*It may come out a total surprise but the USA indeed once had "wise" Presidents...

Hi,

@Quwa @messiach @Hakikat ve Hikmet

What happened a few days ago---and the way it happened---no one anticipated it either in the enemy camps---or neutral camps or friendly camps as it happened---.

The question remains to be answered---did the US know about our current capabilities---if yes---then did they INTENTIONALLY permit the Indians to carry on the strike against us---knowing very well the indian air force would be smacked really hard---but it would allow the built up steam to escape and would bring the pressure down---and they would calm down for awhile moaning and groaning---.

And, the US can push for her stuffs for the Indian market...

But, one this has become certain, you don't hunt by putting the gun on others' shoulders...

Indigenous weapons (in collaboration with real friends) have no alternatives...

Hi,

For the strike to stop---Modi needs to be ousted---.

Please understand---Modi has no family---no children---so he lacks compassion---he does not have to worry if his children would live or if they would die---.

So---basically---he is the most dangerous enemy that pakistan has---because he has no fear of losing anything on PERSONAL grounds---like immediate family members.

He is basically the Hitler of India---or more like Slobodan Milesovic of Sebia---.

I would rather compare him to Milesovic---.

He will strike and there is no doubt about that---it will be sooner---rather than later---because he needs to win an election---.

US was (and is) not bothered, what happens to India, even for a minute. Whatever the outcome, US would be winning.

They want to sell more hardware to India, because India has money. NYT today called majority of the India hardware worthy of junkyard.
