France would be very happy and curious to see how Rafale would perform against other threats so I dont think they would mind at all but in fact might even encourage Qatar and Eqypt on the matter. After all there are plenty of French techs in both countries who could probably get access to the data gathered by Rafales onboard systems for their own use.
